On-site Medical Staff – Licensed Nurse

Esplanade Gardens in Converse, TX, offers expert care for our assisted living and Dementia Care residents, including an exceptional on-site medical staff. Our senior living community offers nursing care available on-site, and our residents have access to around-the-clock care from our Resident Assistant. Providing excellent clinical and personal care for our residents is our top priority. to ensure our residents are well cared for. Our residents only need to push a button for assistance from our staff day and night. Our licensed nurse and medical staff provide:

  • Resident Assessments. Each resident is assessed for their medical and care needs before move-in, and an additional assessment will occur after 30 days. We also assess resident care needs quarterly and after injury, serious illness or hospitalization.

  • Resident Care Plans. Residents will have an ongoing care plan that is developed and updated by our medical staff – the plan will be shared with and available to designated family members.

  • Monitor Medications and Care: Our medical staff will assist with coordinating each assisted living resident’s health care, provide medication regimen oversight, and work with the licensed nurse to provide seamless care.

  • Medical Resource. We provide 24-hour a day medically supervised care – a nurse is available to our care staff in person or by phone day or night.

On-site Medical Staff – Resident Assistants & Medication Technicians

Esplanade Gardens has Resident Assistants and Medication Technicians on-staff 24-hours a day to provide personal senior care services for our 55 and up living community. Our on-site home care services for our residents may include:

  • Dressing and grooming

  • Bathing assistance

  • Incontinence and catheter management

  • Medication administration and management

  • Meal-time assistance

  • Cues and safety checks

  • Resident transfer and ambulation

  • Escorts to activities in the building

  • Diabetes and injection management

The above list is not all-inclusive – each resident may have different services included with their senior care plan, personalized to their needs.

The Reflections Dementia Care Program at Esplanade Gardens has specialized care and services to those with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other memory impairments. Our Resident Assistants and staff at Esplanade Gardens in Converse are dedicated to providing our residents with exceptional care for their specific needs for the best quality of life.
